Summer Academy kindergarten was specially selected by Sunway University Psychology
department for an educational visit. The purpose of the visit was for the psychology
students to observe and learn about the innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge
technology used (Interactive SmartBoard)
by Summer Academy. The students had a fun two hours observing a Chinese class in
session where the SmartBoard was used and also how the students were leading the
class themselves with the teacher acting as a coordinator. They also interviewed
the teachers and principal, Janesly Widjaja.
Finally, the 5 - 6 year olds Summer Academy students had a delightful time interacting
with the psychology students who performed some psychological experiments with the
children.
